Anyone knows what’s the bonuses and salary increment like in ST?

2021 have bonus or not? Tia Kong 2020 no bonus nothing

Last year also don’t want to give increment liao, increment even if $100 also cheaper than giving even 0.5 month bonus ba?

That's why my boss already say this year go low power mode.
Just do work at 30% capacity.

Work so hard this year no reward.
Only stupid. So many people WFH.

Ya lo. My director boss. Working hours is supposed to be 930 am to 7 pm cause staggered working hours now mah...

But I just saw him taking the lift down to his car. Go home liao... Even earlier than those who is 730 am to 5 pm schedule...

He very sly one. Pretend going for meeting but is go home.
Where got people start meeting at 5pm

Sometimes morning he will carry laptop come office at 10 am pretend like he just came from meeting.
We ask the admin, she also just smile.... Cause she also dunno he go what meeting.

But we all know is he pattern one la. The admin is the earliest also didn't see him at all...
Once or twice we understand...

But so frequent until we also can detect his pattern.. No one to hold director accountable...
