Yes, STE side, I got promoted from E6 to M1. Been here almost 6-7 years (since I grad, 31 this year). From 48XX to 51XX, think im replacing those who quit, had few M1/M3 quit last year and earlier this year. See some of my friend in other stat boards their pay $6k+ make me feel damn sad.

U 31 yo have same pay as me 41 yo.

Yes, it is high for an M1 new scheme - you are near the salary cap , if you're M1 drawing 6500 its around 6000 on the old scheme. You are mid 35-40 i'm guessing?

The range is big, because I am on the lower bound side and still young, the other fella might be in his mid to late 30s. Furthermore do take note that he is on the new scheme. While I am on the old scheme with many of the benefits pre-restructuring like AWS and other bonuses. So the range is probably much narrower than you think.

Hop more then I guess? Mind you I was an FCH EEE who voluntarily chose to come to STE so I had a good starting pay. I could have easily gone elsewhere and be at 6k+ today or higher.

Also I think its cause you are contract worker, try convert to FT. Also I had multiple years of good performance, if average performer I think I would be a few hundred lower and still be an E6, thats why my pay is same as yours despite age difference.
