Wouldn’t the answer to your question depend on what type of work those 4 years were spent on, and how relevant MAS considers this experience is towards the performance of its functions?

Tbh, (but i am not sure about this), even if serious offence like fraud/malingering, whether the company will take harsh action on offenders. Havent heard of anyone being asked to leave based on offence......

Depends on what role as well. "Worked in a bank" means nothing. You can be anything from a janitor to bank teller to CEO.
