I think they do.. allocate saikang, overload you, coldstorage you, or ask u leave during probation

I totally dont mind being a well paid saikang warrior.

Pretty sure private sector dont offer the same treatment.

Of course lah. MAS is a government job where can fire people unless its due to fraud or some serious offence? Imagine if gov department fire people for poor performance then people will also complain no job security

What’s the culture like in the monetary and domestic markets management team? Job description seems interesting.

For someone with 6-7 years of experience, earning slightly above 100k in annual total compensation, what designation and salary can one expect when joining MAS? TIA!
