Becos why would a commercial firm hire someone in with only audit experience to manage a team ? How u manage ppl who knows the system and business better? Financial reporting is like 20% of what ppl do in commercial and u can find $4k accountants easily

Got rejected. But then again, I'm from the audit department that is famous for rejecting leaves. No choice had to resign and eat from my savings.

Now in commercial as regional FM, time to rest a while ( to gather no of years before hop to others)

Sad to say, need some luck/connection/ to get out from audit.

Exit opportunities getting harder and harder as commercials boss might not convince you can do the job
