Hihi, for those who got a invited to first round interviews for AD roles, possible to share what is your degree (honors) and average years of working experience, and your previous position held?
Haha I am trying to understand what I am lacking what my applications were completely ignored. *die also must die knowing the reasons why*

Anyone know roughly how long they take to respond to shortlisted applicants?

Anyone applied to MAS before, mind to share experience?

What’s the difference in rank between a AD and a policy analyst?

Is MAS one of the most difficult Govt agencies to get in?

AD are people with 3 to 10 years of working experiences.
Degree (Honors) are not so important for mid career hires.

It means either position had been filled up or you are deemed "not a good fit".

Associate is entry level

Associate = Graduate 1-3 years experiences
AD = Graduate 2-15 years experiences
DD = Graduate 8 years experiences and above
Director = Graduate 15 years experiences and above + luck
