You are on your way to the ceiling of AD2. In some sense, yes because with 10k pay , MAS could have promoted you to DD (with even higher ceiling) but chose not to.

in MAS u can be AD after 3 years, AD is the second rank from the bottom. but in other stat board, AD is v senior, like Team Lead level. In my stat board, AD is the 4th rank from the bottom.
