No leh, I get double ++ base in dsta doing less things than private sector. Increment also better than my old private jobs. Think your performance should be quite bad.

See what type of jobscope you do there.
For pocurement or tech, better don't join.

I dont think DSTA grade you base on your performance.
Is more about whether you are scholar or boss's favourites.

My advise for anyone wanting to DSTA.
This is a place for retirement. Promotion and grading will give priority to scholars.

If you think you can work hard and promote through the ranks of DSTA that is in your dream.
Anyway there is only maximum of 3 months bonus for bottom half of people in DSTA.

3 months as in what? Comprising of MAC, mid-year, end-year, 13th month and PB?

Do naturalized citizens (born in Malaysia, but converted to SG Citizen) stand a chance getting in DSO/DSTA?

Anyone else agree with me dsta overseas scholars are a waste of tax payers money?
