May I know what is HDB's MX structure like? Is 11a equivalent to PSD 11 or 11a?

I got second interview exactly one week after first interview, just got their offer two days ago, the whole process took about 4 months, including 2 rounds of interviews. My offered position is under management executive scheme, starting pay is much above my expectation.

I got offer from hdb as management executive 12b(fresh grad), don’t know if Mx stands for management executive scheme?

Thanks for your reply! Maybe theres no second round of interviews (either for me or for everyone) since’s been 3 weeks already... will have to just wait it out then!

Hi,

Can anyone advice on the hdb job?
Just want to understand more.

1) how long is probation period?
2) understand that during probation, not allowed to take leave and mc?
3) when can take leave?
4) heard that all hdb jobs are contract for 1 or 2 years? And after that what is chance of being perm or emplacement?

Please also advise more of hdb job (engineer) as I am intending to work for long term if I got an offer.

Difference agencies have different kind of MX structure.

1) Depends need to find out more from HR
2) It's better not to have leave or MC during probation period.
3) Maybe after 3 months to be safe
4) yes it's contract for all jobs. And can be perm.
