Procurement is your CCA on top of your usual work scope. Got CCA means see u up, going to be promoted soon. Should be minimum C+ next year.

Hahaha no i have held asset manager on my first year, then next year changed to finance officer then now this. Still all C. I think it's ********.
The associate without a in dept CCA got a C+

Sounds right. Saikang for normal ppl. Promotions for associates and scholars

anyone had any success story of "started too strong now need to maintain" because it seems like those who started by slacking off, also get C. then they work abit harder get B

my normal output is higher than them, yet get C.

Complain here no use. Talk to your RO. Ask why is your grade C when you have met all deliverables and took on additional CCAs.

Sometimes what you think is different from what your RO thinks.

He has no trouble giving B to associates without a secondary role

does anyone know how ppl become acting head? certain groups suddenly have a lot of heads popping up, and you can see how their pattern starts showing once they got "promoted".
