Wow 6 months can find a job?
Sound tough.
If not emplacement, will they do another contract renewal?
What is chance of getting emplacement?

Only see people getting let go if not getting emplaced. Never heard of people getting contract extensions.
I'd say almost 90%. Only seen 2 pax not getting emplaced in my 2.5 years there.
6 months is more than enough to get a job imo. Unless u don't have any desirable skill sets. Then u better do something about it.

Thanks for sharing.
Sad to hear no contract extension meaning very risking as u might need to start to look for job after 1.5 years which is very short .
Hope to get emplacement even I am
Less than 6 month in job now.

I believe so. Seems like transferring to other departments is very common and not frowned upon in HTX. This is something other starboards really need to emulate.
