The tier the agency at will affect the annual package they can offer. Go compare DSTA and LTA you will see a clear line. Higher tier agency usually will have better bonuses, annual increments and starting pay. Definitely, the criteria of their candidates also will be higher.

nothing to do with tier la. dsta higher pay because of nature of work requires premium for ppl to join. if same pay ppl will go for the one with the easier to laterally move to other jobs
