I thought they are looking to fill up 500 positions this year? But problem lies in the long recruitment process where they need to conduct background check. People leaving at a faster rate than the recruitment.

HTX finally got pay adjustment already? They delay and delay for so long in 2022. Got damn dulan and left. Pay cannot match other govt tech agency.

Ah I see, no idea why they want use 3rd party agency contract for my case. Probably will just reject then. Sounds like use and dump after project end.

Justification is "in htx u work for a sense of purpose to serve the country". As long as the country flourish, u will be happy even if u eat grass for all 3 meals.

Can second this. Used to work at HTX previously. Senior management kept parroting the same answer over and over again each time the topic on pay adjustment came up. Say for the whole of 2022 that HR is looking at pay revision / under review / in process blah blah blah. but in the end nothing done. Sibei dulan

Don't need to be dulan. Just find a better offer and get out. I think this place is past the point of no return. Good time to start looking since PB is in the bag.
