How is Htx pay? Been working for a year at mnc. So if I come to htx to work , will my salary the same as fresh graduate?

From SIT , grad last year . Second lower . Work for a year now in some mnc company.

Do you know what's the yearly increment like? Eg is there any cap? What's the benefit like ( no of leave, is there any Flexi cash?)

Yearly increment depend on your grading. 18 days of annual leave, got the normal psd dental and medical benefits and the 500 flexi

I just joined 2 months ago, director says that it will take me at least 5 years to promote to XT9. I think 5 years will become 6 years and so on.

Fresh grad one year in, in another gov agency now getting around 6500 (includes 200 allowance).

I heard HTX is generally lower in terms of salary. Will they match my pay?
