earning way over 4.5k(from Genius offer) alr on my current role
HR say I may be suitable for specialist role
but base from convo here, specialist draw lower than my current
would there be a chance for me to be offered lower than my current?
else would be wasting time attending their last interview...

Hi, any idea what's the total compensation for a software engineer in Apple Singapore with 10 years of experience?
Does it include RSUs and bonuses?

From what I understand from glassdoor salary ranges, it's all around the same range regardless of location. Can't say for sure, but it seems unlikely they will match your pay, but getting a role in Apple does open up more opportunities in future, even if you started at a lower salary than current. It doesn't hurt to attend the last interview (I'm assuming you're referring to stage 3), as it's generally quite difficult to reach this far.
On a side note, did you attend the recent apple hiring event these past weeks?

Around 200-300k sgd gross.
The engineer salary scale is different from non engineers.
Google 'Apple ICT vs IC' to learn more.

That's pretty high.
I'm offered around 160k (base + RSUs/4) for total annual package.
Is this reasonable?

Yes that's reasonable. You will get refresher RSUs during your review every year. Refresher RSUs are typically higher in value than (Joining RSUs/4)

Hi there, I'm a July batch Hiring. I went for the 3rd interview just now at Apple AMK. The 3rd interview emailed was sent around 8 days back.
