I just recieved mine and was wondering if it is negotiable.
They offered me 5k. local U 2nd upper

Me and my friend have recieved different packages and are considering negotiating with HR
I recieved 4.8k
My friend recieved 6k

Care to share you and your friend's honours class? I have never heard of a govt agency program having 1k difference between second upper and first class before. That is assuming if your friend who got offered 6k is first class in the first place.
