Terra Hill @ Yew Siang Road for sale
Terra Hill at Yew Siang Road is am upcoming new condominium launch that is starting soon in Q1 if 2023. The plot of land was where the former Flynn Park condo was located. The developers are Hoi Hup Realty Sunway and they successfully purchased the land through enbloc sales.
The purchase price for this land site was bought at $371m and at 1318psf ppr. The property will be developed into a residential condominium of 270 units of 2 to 5 bedroom unit types. There will be a full facilities including a gym that overlooks the swimming pool while you are doing a run on the threadmill.
At 500metres from Terra Hill will the Pasir Panjang Mrt station where the underground mrt station of the circle line.
It has been sometime since a new launch in Pasir Panjang was launched for sale. This new project will bring some excitement and bustling into the area.
