What if you go to KCL, get a first and then do the BCL/LLM. Does that mean a degree mill holder automatically becomes part of the cream of the crap?

U do realize not every first class will make the cut. “Top 5% of cohort. If a university gives up 100% first class then obviously the admissions committee will be aware of it and they will act accordingly. If everyone is getting straight As in A Levels then obviosuly it will have no value. If Ferrari are mass produced, then will it still cost $1 million? Same for law degrees from particular universities. That’s why people ask for rankings these days and not just FCH or 2:1 anymore.

Any advice?
Tough luck that you're training under a female boss. Ask anybody in the legal profession and 60% to 70% will tell you to avoid working under a female boss. Sorry to put it so bluntly but its true.

The irony is that women are supposed to be better communicators than men, but when it comes to managerial communication, they are worse than men.

Is transferring to another team a realistic option? If its not then I suggest you quit now if you can find another firm to complete your TC, or after you get qualified. What's the point of prolonging the agony working under such a neurotic boss? You'll probably be driven to quit a few months after call anyway.

Gotta agree with you.

Female professionals (especially those in managerial positions) can shout and scream in office and get away with it.

Every male professional knows that if he did the exact same thing, the police will get involved. There is too much at stake.

Not true. A male boss made me cry through his relentless toxic mind games.

Not forgetting their emotional outbursts during their period. Women should get married and stay at home.

Agree, nothing could be worse than working under a female boss. The only worse than this is when she is not married/single/divorced. They tend to play mind-games which are rather toxic, make subordinates second guess their intentions then scream at them for being inept.

But in front of clients, they wear a different mask.

Why do we see so many such nut-cases in the law profession?

I am a good looking and smooth talker but I still face the issue of a bad boss attitude toward me everyday.

I am very unhappy. But I want to be called to Bar.
What should I do?
