After u know the kind of interview questions that may be asked, how do u prepare for them? Think for a good answer on ur own or ask ur friends for help?

If they are nice, they would let u know..but usually most of them just ignore ur email...
So ur answers and personality test result is prob not what they are looking for OR there's someone else with better experience, Ur anwers can be tuned to fit what the job requires and what they are looking for. It's all abt how u answer them.. i just think abt wat they are looking for and come up with answers of my own

i submit the application materials, but this round is focused on mechanical field, any new heard from them?

What field are you from? You're right, this round of recruitment they are focusing on engineering fields. But they will still consider outstanding applicants from other fields.
Think they'll hire between 20-30 people. Can't be all engineers.

Have you gotten a reply from them? I have a friend who applied for this round - he has been invited for test and interview already.

If you submitted your application in the last week, then maybe you'd have to wait a while longer. My friend submitted his application in the first week of Oct, only heard back from them 2-3 weeks later.
