Dilemma Big 4 or Bank

Currently torn between working in big 4 or MAP in local bank. Big 4 does offer good experience and seems more valuable when joining other firms next time? But MAP in bank starting pay is much higher, pay may not be as progressive as big 4 thou.

Any thoughts on this? Fresh grad here, will be doing IT advisory in big 4 and Tech in bank.

Which big 4?

IT in local bank doesnt sound as attractive, even though it's a MAP you're getting into.

Haha so is it more worth it if it's a foreign bank? But banks increment also subject to kpi and evaluators?

Yes. The local bank is 2nd round hiring. Dunno is it go in make up their local to fts ratio.

IT advisory got more potential, tech at bank any ABNN can do.

Yea, that time went for interview, the dept mainly fts. Sian.

But if go ey, need 3-4 years then maybe can get that pay. If unlucky, need more time to promote also.

What about the prospect of gg bank first, then go big 4?
