Wow I have a friend who is now AD in KPMG, so if Manager is up to S$9,000 does this mean AD is $9,000 to $15,000???

Interview at KPMG
I am a mgr now in another company, not consultancy, and gg for an interview at KPMG soon, I applied for Mgr, so I am unsure if HR will be interviewing me for this post, or maybe lower since I have no consultancy exp.
My annual is in the range of 95k, and with 8yrs exp (not in consultancy). Current job, pretty lobo, Im just bored.
Not too confident scoring this int, as I assume work to be hectic .. no life.. etc.

to set the record straight, the right range are as follows:
Associate Year 1 - 2700 - 2900
Associate Year 2 - 3000 - 3200
Audit Senior Year 1 - 3500 - 4000
Audit Senior Year 2 - 4500 - 4800
Assistant Manager - 5100 - 5400
Manager - 6000 - 8000
Senior Manager - 8000 - 11000

How much can a mid career G1 associate in KPMG expect to make if he previously has 3 years of experience in the public service doing IT consulting but was told to take a pay cut since he doesn't have IT auditing experiences?

EY
KPMG

And why the range all never overlap? Like this person say:
Associate Year 1 - 2700 - 2900
Associate Year 2 - 3000 - 3200
Audit Senior Year 1 - 3500 - 4000
Audit Senior Year 2 - 4500 - 4800
Assistant Manager - 5100 - 5400
Manager - 6000 - 8000
Senior Manager - 8000 - 11000
So nobody earn 4100? If i 3rd year can make to 3500, i can confirm next year 4500 unless i screw up and condemn?

Is the pay the same for other roles in the big 4, such as those doing ib consulting?
