Hello, which of the big4 pay the most, which one pay least? someone said to me it's in this order...true not?

And why the range all never overlap? Like this person say:

Associate Year 1 - 2700 - 2900
Associate Year 2 - 3000 - 3200
Audit Senior Year 1 - 3500 - 4000
Audit Senior Year 2 - 4500 - 4800
Assistant Manager - 5100 - 5400
Manager - 6000 - 8000
Senior Manager - 8000 - 11000

So nobody earn 4100? If i 3rd year can make to 3500, i can confirm next year 4500 unless i screw up and condemn?
