I got 66k bonus as VP1 in UOB as Compliance. Not a lot but is way better than all the foreign banks I have worked in. So I really feel my manager and Boss who are SVp and ED are getting 100k bonus by using mine as a reference.

do your research. There's a reason why every Singaporean knows what DBS is but not UOB or OCBC.

yea lol what a blatant lie
backoffice pay is like this
associate 6.5k, 2 months bonus = 13k
senior associate 7.5k, also 2 months = 15k
avp around 8.5k, bonus = 17k
vp around 10k, bonus = 20k
svp = 23k a month? bonus 5 months? lmfao what? so bonus is 115k for svps? yea ok bro

This is why there was a recent article that says Pay more important than title.
B4 associate getting 3k range, their managers getting 6k.
lol your associate already bigger than their manager sia

The article must have been written by a moron then because big 4 and bank BOs are two incredibly different functions.
To assume pay should be similar based on title alone is the dumbest take ever. Imagine if I said you're Singaporean, I'm Singaporean, why are you so poor, stupid and useless? We're both Singaporeans right?
That's how stupid your argument is. Go back to school and don't post again.
