I think Singaporeans will be allocated to STAE where you deal with military aircrafts?
then PRs or foreigners will have no choice but to go SASCO- the commercial aircrafts?
I heard that they choose about 20 people out of 50 people for the latest batch.
it is a chanllenging and yet a stabe job. but start from only 2k plus once you get your licence. (2kplus with tonnes of responsibilities....)
not sure when you can max out your licence allowance...have to take 2? 3 or 4? aircraft types?anyone knows???
if you were only asked to get 1 type,i don't thinK you can max out....
PS: I heard licence allowance for SIAEC's LAE is more than 2k...
all the above words are for info only which is I've HEARD...lol

Military aircrafts do not required LAEs
Both SASCO and STAE takes in PRs and foreigners. Those who join STAE will be assign to their commercial aviation group

Hi, i'd like to know.
Is it true that requirement to join LAE apprenticeship at ST aerospace has also been revised to degree?
Anyone has recommendation on how and where I can apply to be an LAE on commercial aircrafts? I will be graduating from polytechnic soon and aspiring to be an LAE one day.
