Is the advertised SIAEC Trainee LAE only for degree students? Upon completion of course, does the candidate pass out with a B1 or B2 license? Thanks

The SIAEC trainees are paid $2500/month allowance only for straight 44 months, without any other benefits like: annual bonus, aws , leave entiltments.....
ST aero pays their trainees as same as other perm staffs, with annual leaves, aws, annual bonus, annual wage increment....
After being "established" as an LAE,
The starting pay in ST aero is 2.9K for degree holders, with 8-years bond (inclusive of training period).
The starting pay in SIAEC is 2.8K with 9-years bond (inclusive of training period).
The package offered by St aero is much more attractive than SIAEC. So I doubted how many degree holders SIAEC can recruit with such an "allowance only" trainee package.

Those who joined do not know what ST Aero is offering, they thought the "Golden Bird" is a better choice...

In other words, it means a con job. Good effort by HR to come up with such a scheme. After 44 months these degree holders will curse and swear the company and themselves. No benefits but still want to join.Even the recruitment for cadet pilots has been frozen.More bad times ahead
