Yours cant be the only case requiring clearance oso … everyday so many meetings & any management meeting usually got many agenda one, diff groups got diff meetings, diff groups got diff bosses, so many layers how they know for sure which bosses u tokking abt…

Plus… what u describe has happen before to others as well…

To you is act… sometimes the more I watch them, I realise that for some of them, they repeat their own beliefs to themselves so much until they are really convinced it correct…

Very simple. Here, it is about NOT being blamed. So if you are last on the food chain then yeap, it's always your fault. Despicable I know, but "optics" is the game here. Bosses must look good here de........

Cos in pte sector, it's PnL pressure, you must produce the chicken. Here you only need to imagine the chicken

They are responsible for assessing what their bosses wants, adapting to the changes in what their bosses wants, conveying it to the rank and file, and ensuring the instructions or other kpi are carried out smoothly

By the way your salary range a bit off? Dont think all TLs and Div heads paid that much unless you including bonus

Sorri if this is slow but can you elaborate what is here it is about not being blamed, as in its easiest to shift any blame to the lowest rank officer? But you know, in some org they will not bother going after small fry, they will look for who is the bigger fish(es) in reporting line and whether that person(s) also contribute some responsibility… u mean it not liddat here?
