One North Gateway - much awaited, well anticipated new residential project launching in One North Gateway locale in Ayer Rajah vicinity. This One North Gateway location land was acquired by TID Residential, a joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings and Mitsui Fudosan Co., the joint development company is the successful bidder for the land sales via GLS program and as such it has the tenure of 99 years lease.
One North Gateway has good rental yield potential for investors to consider paying the One North Gateway price as this area has a growing tenant and residents pool with much limited options available in the private residential market. noting that the last residential site in the area was launched in 2005, One North Gateway may attract pent demand in the part of D5 of Singapore.
