US taxes its own citizens globally. Think a good rule of thumb will be to just use US taxes as a base case since you willl first pay SG taxes then pay whatever difference between SG taxes and US taxes to the US govt. Given that US taxes > SG taxes, you pretty much will be paying US taxes.
