Typical performer take how long to raise up through grades?

I thinking private still faster to rise up if you are not scholar?

if you are average performer , private also the same. generalising private vs public is not very helpful. if one is useful to the conpany, he can succeed wherever he goes.

Do you need to have a Master degree to progress in Govtech? Do you get a higher salary with Master degree? Is it a major criterion when it comes to promotion?

How much does Govtech pay and which job grade for the following?
1) Project Manager
2) Senior Business Analyst

Also, whats the different between third party contract employment and direct contract? Is there any ways to request to be employed as direct contract or perm under GovTech directly?

I am currently employed as a Perm staff and didn't want to shortchange myself as anything can happen. Feel more secure as a Perm staff

You are not on the losing end. Third party contract, aka outsourced, do not have as much benefits as perm staff, e.g. bonus and career progression. It's the same everywhere. Usually these outsourced staff are given only the benefits listed by MOM like leave, MC.

Mostly grade g and if you are senior approx 8-10 exp then max grade h

try harder again next time
