Seems a bit slow for FCH. I was offered 3.9 with a stat board back in 2019. NUS FCH. But really class honours is not critical anymore. Field of study seems to be taking the front seat.

Any idea if ESG will have a salary adjustment. Currently in a ministry and considering if it’s worth hopping over.
