ya..consider LTA scholar bah. the extra allowance will appear in AVC and AWS if I am not wrong. he always has an additional 1 month bonus as compared to us peasants. and he didn't even bother to do extra work.

Haha, dreaming.. 3 yrs exp u will likely be considered like a fresh grad will a little more. So dont expect too much.. some even will have paycut to join in.. i think likely to offer u $3k++ but high side..

Did u work for 2 yrs after u grad or did u just get your cert while working in a diploma position? 3.6 is just about right if u work for 2 yrs with your deg.

I am a female too, from experience, this is not shortchanged because govt sector paid based on qualifications and the type of it (i.e. pass, honours, 2nd lower or upper, fch) and whether ur 2 years exp is after grad or before grad. Back then i was paid 3.8k, honours engineering degree and 2nd lower as starting.
