I asked around and 3.5 to 3.8k seems to be the norm
And only higher if you are local uni grads with good grades.

New to working life here. PS pay seems to be lower base pay but 14-16 month annual package as compared to like 13-14 in private? Talking about fresh grad pay.

Fresh grad won't get 14 to 16 month pay.
