Mid $5k after increment and promotion

Would it be advisable to hop to another SB or Ministry for higher pay?

Better hop after the recession. Btw your pay is like a fresh grad pay in tech agency, definitely too low.

I am 32 and earning 4.8k in a SB. Definitely on the same trajectory as that guy. Sheet.

what is your overall package? tech firm or other specialised scheme merge part of bonus to base, you cant compare like this

Check what fresh grads get these days, and account for your 8 years exp. That should tell you whether you're being shortchanged.

Gosh! Is tt true? Does this mean tt those govtech/MAS schemes de monthly salary is actually inflated cuz is base+some bonus?
