Not sure about now. But probably can take SPF as a base, i believe uniform group typically pay better.

Hard to answer unless someone work in PSD or SingStat and those info probably confi.
We can only answer our own pay and what we know from hear say.
Think my 150k above average but far from highest.
106k at 39 yo seems pretty below average.
The other post saying 155k at 36 yo shld be pretty much comfortable progression.

Seems like ministry and sb pay very well.
155k at 36 yrs old is considered above average in the market.

Being in the same salary grade, my grading this year is better than last year, however this year merit increment is less than last year. Is this even possible?
