Hi friend, I think I know the stat board you are in. CEO's surname starts with L? I am in another stat board, same age as you and drawing 1k++ more. I can only say that some agencies pay more than the others.

Hi friend, I'm not in the SB I think you're thinking of which rhymes with Busy Eh! However, my SB does attract people with similar skill sets due to the nature of the work.

Are you a scheme common to many at your SB? Is the scheme you're on a specialist one with narrowly defined criteria to join? E.g. at least second upper class honors from one of the 3 universities in Singapore in the relevant field of study.

Do you get all the bonuses staff on the MX scheme normally get? I.e AWS, mid year and year end AVC and performance bonuses.

Yes, all the folks from my SB are under the same scheme. I am not on a specialist scheme. Yes, I do get the bonuses you mentioned.

hi all, i am from LTA. recently alot of rumour saying that MAC bonus will be remove. Anyone here is aware of anything?

Hi, I recently joined LTA and during the contract signing the HR officer did mentioned that MAC will be dished out in Aug. May I ask you are of which grade and what's your package?

So their job scope is building pitches and attend networking? Good pay?

Dunno what is the transferable skills working in Enterprise Singapore

Default Hitting range cap of a certain grade

Dear All, I have a question I find difficult to ask HR about. Let's say I have only a few years experience but joined a stat board with an entry level position, I am close to the upper range of my grade, does it mean that I will be stuck in the upper range if I do not get promoted next year? How does promotion works? Do I have to work 3 years or would I be handled properly to get to the next bracket?

It depends. I have seen people (with relevant experience) who joined in July at entry level and got promoted next April.

Essentially, to be eligible for a promotion, you need at least 2xBs and 1xC grades within three rolling years. Many other factors to consider such as your CEP, which your sup will likely decide during your next round of appraisal after you've worked for about a year. It also depends on how many people are in the line for promotion in the same year and whether you stood out amongst them too.

Depends on your stat board.

Some will promote you to open your salary cap. Others may keep you stuck at the cap for a few years, which I suspect may be a deliberate strategic move to save cost.

I have seen both happen. But when they got people trapped at the cap, it could be for many years (I.e. 3 years or more without a single pay increment regardless of grade due to the cap).
