Hi all, just wondering if AVC is guaranteed one month?

Will be joining CS in May, and taking a paycut of close to 1k. Not sure if its worth it, but current work environment too toxic alr..

For typical MX scheme:
- mid year bonus: 0-0.5 mth, dependent on economy.
- end year bonus: 0-1mth, dependent on economy
- end year 13th money: confirmed 1 mth
- March performance bonus: anywhere from 1.5 - 4 mths

If one is just an average degree holder, with no ambition of taking on leadership appointment, where is the career end point? MX11A?

Your career ends where you want it to end. You have 7 days to reject a promotion when it is given there are people who do. Mx 11 is typically senior manager, individual contributor. 11A you can either be an asst director with leadership responsibilities, or principal manager but still individual contributor. But it depends from place to place, some places asst director also still individual contributor. But deputy director n above almost certainly need to manage ppl.
