For typical MX scheme:
- mid year bonus: 0-0.5 mth, dependent on economy.
- end year bonus: 0-1mth, dependent on economy
- end year 13th money: confirmed 1 mth
- March performance bonus: anywhere from 1.5 - 4 mths
