I and my husband have quite a few siblings so no worries on that aspect and we are both the youngest so a bit pampered...

But inheritance of the parents'flats are a touchy issues....

It is good to be earning low. Don't miss the chance to get a discounted property from ah gong, courtesy of BTO. Ah gong is putting 100-200k of money into your pocket for free, which you can "withdraw" in 5 years when MOP is up.

We are trying to go for a BTO. We have the option to get a private condo but shall give BTO a try first

The EC costs about 300 K more ex also. Both locations not very accessible to train station.
