There are 10 public holidays this year:
Ministry of Manpower | 2010 Public Holidays
In addition to that, employees are typically given 20-30 annual leave days depending on seniority. I heard in SMEs, you get much less. I've never worked in one, so I do not know for sure.

currently interviewing for a 190k / yr job.
I don't think im underpaid, but i dont think im making a lot either. Enough to enjoy life - I think i'm at a point in my life where I'll see if I can get a better paying job but I'm not gonna stress out that someone else is driving a Ferrari and I'm not
