quite siong. u charge 500 per pat also need see 20 patient monday to Friday. private derm pat is one pattern one la. see some of them can vomit blood.
real hospital derm is damn difficult and pple stay for the intellectual curiosity and satisfaction. life isn't about money only. 300k got interesting cases, minons to work for me might be more appealing than sloughing ur guts out for 1 million a year.
Mrcp not that difficult la. every year got so many place to take. sure pass one.

ortho money better la. esp if u can do tkr. one pair 25k for one afternoon work. not uncommon to make 100k per week in ortho if u become popular.

20 patient per day so easy. Just acne eczema and psoriasis only. Probably can see 60 per day easily if got good set up.

i think its the trend to get overseas one to be trained to be specialist as majority of grads go mine in private practice
