Unrealistically high pay + non-specialised work = easy replacement by FTs whereas specialists are not.
I'm not a polyclinic doctor but my classmates who make way less than me are and they can attest to a different reality than what's posted by these MOH recruiters.
What’s your pay vs your classmates pay?

lol. he is a troll la.
what MOH recruiters...need recruiters for f. plus any doctor will use mohh and not MOH.
every year got 600 local students bonded to work and 200 more from overseas desperate to return to work. they restrict specialist spots to 40 percent and someone say there's a blue print somehwere to restrict it to 30 percent.
FM will always draw pple attracted to it for the lifestyle or when they can't get into anything else after a while.

what a effing troll. still pretend u need to round. ahah. dude, mohh use policy , no need recruiters.

Home recovery program works. Covid in vaccinated ppl are mild.
No need to waste hosp or ccf space.
Further more home recovery program will let family be exposed to low dose viral load, increasing immune system of family members

We are at the last phase of transition phase.
Have a bit more faith.
Almost there alr.
Like last lap of a 2.4km run.

Endemicity and herd immunity (both vaccine or acquired) are closeby

The govt approach is correct.
I foresee when this is over, all the naysayers would have shot themselves in the feet.

We should stop all those ivermectin and anti vaxxer.

Our course is right. Our cause is just.

We must protect our people, our economy, our psychological health.
Not just the daily death counts which is negligible compared to cvd, stroke, cancer, non covid pneumonia.
This is what family medicine is about.

Look at the big picture. Don't miss the forest for the trees.
