Is there a pay difference between HOs who have completed NS and HOs who deferred NS? If so, how much? From what I know guys in dentistry get $500 more of starting pay than female grads

When I returned in 2017 as a 1st year mo, my pay was 4950, while my female colleagues earn 4500. (So 10percent more)
However, understand that there has been pay revision since, so not sure if there is still a difference anymore.
But eventually guys still earn less lah (at least in the 1st 10 years) as girls progress faster, become AC earlier, hence pay will rise faster.

thanks for the response! so as long as national service is completed, pay will be 10% higher? Even if I entered medical school only after ns?
