Think so, unless you are deputy head/ head. Not sure if titles like core faculty for residency, key trainer for your ops gives any allowance?

1k and 1.5k per month
Sag lead 0.5k
Key trainer don't have however
So if U clinic boss and sag lead 2k more per mth

The quality component for AC also more
Fp is 20k per year
AC is 30k

Health plan also better
Essentially my kid can see private pd very cheap
Wife preggie can go see private obs many many times, dun have the 800 maternity cap

The quality component is fixed at 20k, i.e you won't get a cent more or a cent less? (Or is it a range, for which the maximum is 20k?)

So total AC allowance is the 1.2k mmed Fp and additional 1 k AC isit ?
So assume base pay 10 k = 12.2 k ? Correct ?

East side ive never personally asked anyone before but seems like all AC go public i assume cause their coverage same as us FPs , pisses me off AC vet better benefit . This is injustice. hR should be questioned
