lol, dude , u which cluster one, there is no 360 in ops.
collegiality is just about giving u face in your face. behind people will and do form an opinion about u which affects how far you go.

i audit mc in my clinic. Its my pet peeve when pple still write MC when its obvious that the bugger is chao geng. people who made an effort to try and stop i give them better rating because deep down, this is what counts. you see numbers AND make an effort.

Lucky you not my boss lol. Sounds like one might be better off in private gp, the more mc you give, the more they come back, and the more money you make. 😂

obviously you are someone who has not tried calling all the NS boy's superiors yourself and are out of touch with the ground reality.
i have contacted several before and in this current climate many of them can't do anything about these chao keng NSFs because they can't make NSFs who complain of URTI symptoms step into camp to see camp MO unlike before.

try calling some yourself now before shooting your mouth off carelessly

Hi all, aspiring ophthalmologist here working as a HO currently. My grades back in school were less than stellar but my work performance has been decent and I'm also good with my hands and look forward to performing different procedures. Just wondering how much emphasis is placed on grades, if at all, in medical school. If so, which years would be the most important and how can I work on myself now that I'm pgy1? Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

You shld get to know some of the eye residents during residency open house and ask them directly.
I’m not in eye, but we all know it’s highly competitive. So you prolly need to do research and get to know the relevant faculty members.

Good work ethic and recommendations count for something. But your CV helps to get your name filtered out among the endless list of residency applicants.

No one cares about grades but grades are an indication of how well u actually do in real clinical practice. Validated in many studies.
You have to work with the department u are applying to get in.

And...trust me, telling people u are good with hands don't cut it.

What do medical doctors think about whether or not we should allow COVID-19 to become endemic? There are public health projections of more deaths and ICU admissions if we allow COVID-19 to become endemic. Do we really think COVID-19 is not a dangerous disease as our politicians has stated in order to push for reopening and boost their economic KPIs to continue to justify their millions in salaries?
