Between 11 to 13k.

More like from 11k onwards. Director is usually at least MX9 which starts at 11k plus and can go rather high.

Probably never?
Most farmers are lucky to stop at DD. Most will stagnate at SAD or thereabouts.

Actually frankly speaking, MPs are the highest paid Customer service officers in the world.
They just do front line customer service and get paid 15,000 a month, only appear 4 times a month, each time earn 3700 for just 2 hours of front line customer service.
don't need to stand up some more, just sit down comfortably.
back end work leave of typing letters just leave to lao uncle and lao auntie who get no money.
don't need to give a **** if the work is done. too many requests, they all just give up.
3700 for 2 hours. 1 hour is 1850 .

My sis is an Asst Dir in Ministry, currently 33yrs old earning 7.7k per mth. Considered ok or not? Or private sector can earn more?
Btw some PSes really suck, dont know why earn so much. Like PS Ow
