International side higher but trickier to get hired there. Fair warning though that in the UK they are laying off associates

This is very wrong, the SG side also pays higher than B4 pay.

Can anyone shed light on what responsibilities of an EP at a Big 4 are?
I mean, we all know the general responsibilities - be sufficiently technically proficient in one's practice area + good at book-making.
Is it more worthwhile to be an Of Counsel at an Intl Firm and call it a day?

It’s not the fastest way to get there. Go for Medicine instead. It’s a guaranteed way to make at least 250K a year as a GP.

A GP can comfortably pull in that much. But anything more than that and you're essentially looking at being a business owner of a GP chain. Law is less scaleable.
There is actually a way to scale business in law. It's called...wait for it...owning a law firm with fee earners working under you.

So you mean to say a clinic chain GP or a sole proprietor GP can earn 250K annual?
