also a young liti assoc looking to transfer out cos i dont enjoy the stress of court proceedings and my ultimate goal is to chill out as an in house counsel. any corp assocs who have made such a switch and can share about the pros & cons of their job? thanks in advance!

If you need to do it to clear your mind just do it. If you're doing it to go to another industry or to go for further studies just do it. If you just want to holiday for 1 year just do it.

No point doing **** work because you're distracted or tired or just want to take a break.
