Yes. Possible. Just make sure your checklist is signed and notice is given to SILE

It will not affect your career unless you want to go back to that firm

Yeah don't be afraid of the doomsayers or people who try to scare you that the TC cannot be broken. It's done alot. The legal industry is far too big for people to care that you broke a TC at xxx firm.

And every year, there will be another batch of eager-to-please trainees coming in to take over whoever just left. And once in a blue moon, you have a guy (and honestly, I have nothing against people who decide to do this - they are usually super nice and really good at their job) who wants to stay 20 years and make partner - there's your continuity right there. Then the department also gets to use that person as a poster boy and talk about how they like to "nurture homegrown talent", while simultaneously overworking their associates with a 90% attrition rate and taking all the money for themselves. It's just the B4 life. Don't feel bitter about it - just use it for the training and brand name, and leave asap for that sweet MC/WS salary.

Aiya don’t believe everything said on this forum. Read with a critical mind. That time also many ppl say what lawyers at international firm put on furlough and what everyone starving also got

Talk to people in the industry, not on this anonymous forum.

I guess you've no choice but to fraternize with the support staff because your old boomer partner treats you like one of them.
Yawn people like you are the detested gene that will go on and evolve into the disgusting SME manager out to screw everyone.

No need to act a class above and can’t socialise with support staff. You can be firm and friendly at the same time.

Your inability to act as a line manager clearly shows, coupled with your clear inability at striving for greater things laughing at high street firms, makes you the quintessential middle manager professional that the seniors and partners joke about and the underlings can’t wait to see suffer. Congrats and enjoying swimming in your own **** that you covet like gold.

During my first meeting with Mr. Clarence Lun and his team of lawyer, they came up with so many key points for my defence that I cannot help but be impressed with.

And their commitment and devotion to their client is wonderful. The next day, they file court paper in e-litigation system. This law firm also devoted all their resources to my case and I can feel they are doing their very best to help me get out from my trouble.

Prior to approaching Fervent chamber, I got sleepless night and my health even deteoriated due to the stress in this Litigation. But after meeting the committed team at Fervent, I finally can sleep peacefully knowing a team of dedicated lawyer are working hard on my case.

And whenever there is development or progress in my matter, without me asking, I will always get an email from Fervent lawyer updating me on correspondence the opposing solicitor send them or Any new application they make on my behalf.

I have no doubt that the lawyer in FERVENT CHAMBERS LLC are a team consists of dedicated and conscientious lawyer who are knowledgeable lawyer in their respective field of practice. Everything was explained plainly to me without those hard-to-understand lawyer's jargon and I consider them as
most transparent and no-nonsense lawyer

I have 100% confident the team at Fervent chamber LLC will definitely be able to fend off the unnecessarily aggressive attacks from opposing solicitor when my matter is being litigated in court and will defend my interests vigorously as I find the team at FERVENT CHAMBERS LLC to be lawyer that is extremely detailed and meticulous.

After all the dark clouds over my head finally I can see some light at the end of tunnel and I am very blessed to have the privilege to be represented by the team of lawyer at FERVENT CHAMBERS LLC that is lead by Mr. Clarence Lun.

From my experience, FERVENT CHAMBERS LLC is definitely the top and number 1 law firm in Singapore and I will not hesitate to recommend FERVENT CHAMBERS LLC to anyone in need of legal service. With Mr Clarence Lun leading my trial scheduled to be held on 28 June 2021, I can sleep with ease and walk with confidence that he will protect my interest and defend my case to the fullest.

Once you have engage FERVENT CHAMBERS LLC, u can set your mind at ease as the team here will look after your interest and if needed, defend your interest vigorously in court.

I have every confidence that Mr. Clarence Lun and his team of lawyer will be the future shinning star in the legal profession. I look forward to the day Fervent chamber is named as an award recipient in the legal industry..

May God bless FERVENT CHAMBERS LLC, in particular, Mr Clarence Lun in everything they do.
Your “future shinning star” got yet another lawsuit thrown out of Court and his client ordered to pay $25k costs. Hope you don’t end up like this. s://.singaporelawwatch.sg/Headlines/Wong-fails-in-suspension-appeal
