But the ceca has fake qualifications bought from a degree mill which would put even a bona fide KCL grad to shame. And I also see the ceca complaining alot like in the condo security guard scandal.

oh really? because the big 4 websites state that reimbursement only occurs upon acceptance of retention offer and completion of a year as an associate as well, so i thought that’s the norm. in any case, thanks for letting me know!

In non covid times, retention rate for big firms is around 75-80% (or more depending on the field). Currently, it really depends on the firm.

If you don't even have the natural instinct to look up the CV of lawyers in firms you're interested in, to get internships, to talk to people in the firm or just other lawyers/seniors in the industry and expect to be spoonfed reliable information in a forum like this... ...
