I'm in an MC/white shoe firm.
I'd say Bristol stands a pretty good chance at a UK TC given how career focused the culture there is. I know of several people from Bristol who've gotten places at various MC firms and I'm sure you can reach out to them for guidance (just search Linkedin to find them).
I usually go back twice a year, once during CNY and once in summer - but there's definitely scope to go back more often if you want - I spend the remaining half of my annual leave travelling.

Should I go to TKQP or TSMP for disputes? (My TSMP offer is not with TSY's team)

Go and see which team or firm is led by a female partner. Female partners always end up hiring a lot of females based on anecdotal observations.

From personal experience, 100% WongP. They have the unofficial rule to hire more females, and they have a firmwide culture to doll up. Most of my chio friends interview there sure get in.

What is the reason of hiring more chio girls? I realise that even for female partners are more keen to hire better looking girls in general.

well i think all things being equal, better looking people tend to fare better in interviews. Not just in law.
